My Approach
A developmental approach to lasting change
My work helps people understand the emotional patterns shaping their relationships, self-worth, and leadership. Together, we create the insight, safety, and practical movement needed for meaningful and sustainable growth.
How I guide the work
Whether we are working in psychotherapy, relationship counseling, or leadership coaching, my approach is grounded in emotional development, self-understanding, and practical application.

Step 1
Understand the Pattern
We begin by building self-awareness using the Striving Styles or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. We explore the underlying patterns that are keeping you safe and stuck. Together, we identify beliefs, emotional responses, and relationship patterns that shape your experience—often outside of conscious awareness.
Step 2
Work at the root
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help you explore the developmental and emotional foundations beneath them. This deeper work supports healing, greater self-awareness, and more choice in how you respond.

Step 3
Apply change in life
Insight becomes meaningful when it changes how you live. We translate what you learn into healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, more grounded leadership, and a clearer connection to your authentic self.
